Story behind the song
I proposed playing my tune, Electionanigans, at what will be the band's first public appearance since Leap Year Day. The plan was vetoed by the two other members of the trio, on their not unjustified belief that the event, a sidewalk chalk festival mostly for children, wasn't the right venue. I still disagree, and wrote this tune in response.
